I am James. I built expansion works because I lived this, and what I found, I want to give to you. If any of it lands, you are already one of us, a changemaker. This is simply where you do the work, independently or beside people who share that same spark for change, and want to move forward.

Why this exists
Empowering people to live lighter, and create a life they love.
Whatever stage of my life I have been in, the mission underneath it has been the same, long before I had words for it: create space, and empower the person in it. This exists because the method that gave me lasting emotional freedom, and a peace nobody can take, was never meant to stop with me.
What I saw
Almost everybody is carrying something, and most have no idea it can be set down. We live inside our own perception, so a heavy life simply feels like life.
What I believe
Everybody deserves lasting emotional freedom, and it should be within reach of as many people as possible rather than a private thing for a fortunate few.
Why we meet live
This was created to give as many people as possible access to it. The more of us who set something down, the more of us who move forward, and the more we can positively affect the world.
It starts with us, the community. And then the world.
This is where life begins to flow.
